We want you to get the guidance and support you deserve.

Transforming the rehabilitation process

We are a group of doctoral-level physical therapists who provide quality guidance and support during the rehabilitation journey of a complex medical diagnosis, allowing you to focus on what matters most…healing. As a rehabilitation health collective, we assist clients by providing consultations, equipment advice, medical roadmaps, referrals and more. We help our clients achieve a smoother more comprehensive recovery plan with less stress, less confusion and less frustration.

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients receive a personalized approach to a traditionally complicated and difficult medical system. Instead of following the typical route with referrals and endless research, we’ve created a plan tailored to our patients’ needs, based on a comprehensive understanding of the individual and their diagnosis. For us, our clients are like family — the guidance and care we provide are those we would want for ourselves and our loved ones.

MYTH

vs.

TRUTH

MYTH: All the doctors working in the hospital coordinate care together and work as a team for each patient.

TRUTH: While hospitals aim for coordinated care, different doctors often work independently based on their specialties, which can sometimes lead to communication gaps. Effective care coordination often requires proactive communication among healthcare providers to ensure that every aspect of a patient's care is aligned.

MYTH: Your doctor will provide one option that is best for you.

TRUTH: There are often multiple treatment options available for a given condition, each with its own benefits and risks. Your physician typically recommends the option “they can help you with” but that might not be the “best” option for you. Informed choices are key to finding the best approach for your individual needs.

MYTH: All torn labrums and muscles require surgery.

TRUTH: Not all torn labrums and muscles need surgery. Many cases can be effectively treated with conservative approaches like physical therapy, rest, and rehabilitation exercises. The decision to opt for surgery depends on the severity of the tear, the level of pain, the impact on function, and the individual’s lifestyle and goals.

MYTH: My orthopedic surgeon will always read and review my MRI report.

TRUTH: While orthopedic surgeons often review MRI reports, they often times want to see the actual image versus rely on radiologists to interpret the images and provide a detailed report.
